I used classical point-to-point construction method. This is the best and easy-to-service method from all I know.

For point-to-point connectors I used classical terminal strips with tin plated lugs and bakelite insulators. All parts were mounted by passing through their leads around lugs and soldering. I am not a professional electronics assembler, but I tried to work neatly and carefully one every single node.
